Hi xivying. You can upgrade your icloud storage plan by opening the settings app> Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage> Change storage plan. (You can also search for iCloud in the settings app). Here you can upgrade your iCloud storage via debit/ credit card or gift card method.
