Keynote application only runs on Apple hardware using an Apple operating system on Mac, iPhone or iPad.

There is no Keynote application available for Windows.

What you can do is export the Keynote presentation to either PowerPoint, a movie file or a PDF file depending on what is suitable to you. Assuming you have Keynote application installed on your Mac; go to File > Export and select the required option.
