how do I get pages numbers keynote for OS 10.15
Contrary to brbo's statement that Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are installed by the operating system — they are not. One must deliberately launch the Mac App Store, and install these optional Apple applications. However, the current versions (v11.2) of these applications require that one already has macOS Big Sur (v11.*) or later installed.
As you are on Catalina, launch the Mac App Store, and sign in with your Apple ID. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel and locate Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. Click on either the Update button or the adjacent cloud symbol for each application. You will receive a dialog that states you need to upgrade the operating system to get the newest versions. If you are fortunate, a second dialog will appear offering to install the last compatible version for Catalina. If this works, you will have v11.1 of these applications.
If the second paragraph fails, there is no user download site that allows you to get these Apple applications for Catalina, and you will either have to use the respective application version for iCloud or on a compatible iOS/iPadOS device. Or, you can choose a non-Apple word processing solution, many of which are in the Mac App Store which you can find by searching for word processor.

Hi snowkey,
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Pages, Numbers, and Keynote have been automatically installed with each MacOS update for some time now.
Could be wrong, but seems, if you have OS 10.15 installed,
Pages, Numbers and Heynote would be in the Applications folder on your Mac, if the icons are not in the dock.
Try opening a new finder window, click on Applications in the sidebar on the left.
Just double-click on the Pages, Numbers, Keynote apps to open them..
Else, try the App Store, via the icon in the dock, to see if updates are available for download.
Hope this is helpful :-)
Go to App store in MacBook and click your account. You could see all the apps installed from the date it was bought. Click on the Numbers, you shall get a warning message that You require MacOS ver 11.0 or compatible version will be installed. Click OK, Numbers will be installed. I tried today and got it installed. Best of Luck.
Thank you Viking OSX, for coming to the rescue with your expert knowledge.
Have much to learn, and, about taking things for granted.
All the best :-)
You are welcome.
Thank you Viking. May you enjoy Apple's Valhalla
