New AirPods. Right won’t work.
Charged to 100%. Brand new. Right AirPod won’t work. Followed all the online instructions to reset. Still won’t work. Suggestions?
It’s safe to assume that you wound up with a defective unit.
Simply return it to an Apple retail store for replacement (it’s brand new). 😉
