Cellular update failed

My iPhone 12 Pro Max is saying cellular update failed. It says I cannot make or receive calls until it’s updated. Well the phone is updated and it is still saying cellular update failed. I have already tried everything my service provider had suggested and nothing is working so they sent me to Apple support
