I need to be able to upgrade my iCloud

i live in micronesia but banking in US. is there a way i can use my card with Itune account to be able to upgrade my icloud storage? please this is my only way of banking no other.

Buying iCloud storage Hi I have a problem with buying icloud storage. My storage is not enough and I cant buy more because my phone seems to think I am in USA. I would like to be in Iceland where I live. I hava 0,01 credit and it seems that that might be the problem. Are you using the US App Store/iTunes? If so, see if anything here helps.
