Hey I’m wondering how long warranty does my iPhone come with, I just ordered a iPhone 13 pro max

The regular mfr's warranty is for hardware issues and is in effect for one year. If you purchase Applecare +, it will be covered for 2 years and if you purchase Applecare + with loss/theft protection, it will cover a loss or theft (which the other options do not).
