How to get technical help ? Anyone know how to stop this billing when you try to download apps that were previously on your phone.

I recently changed my phone from Iphone8 to Iphone13 and some problem is occurring with my AppStore. When I try to download apps that i previously downloaded it pops up a screen with billing info. Due to it I can't download any of the previously downloaded apps. I can download the app if it's an app that I am downloading it first time. But after you delete and re-download this problem occurs. Do I really have to pay to download them ???? Really need help !!!!

where some of the Apple users, like yourself, do their best to help each other troubleshoot.


Wondering

  • whether you iPhone 13 is signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that you used on your iPhone 8.

(Seems necessary)

and

  • which iOS is installed on your iPhone 13 ... (App Store may requite the latest iOS.)


Apple support have an article online that may help with re-downloading.
