Apple Watch 7/ Connecting to VZW Cellular Network

I recently acquired the Apple Watch 7. Going through "Finish Setting Up Your Apple Watch" to connect to my carrier network and not having any success. The Setup Cellular repeatedly brings me to this blank screen seen below. Is there any other way to get the watch connected to the network than this faulty setup I've been provided with?

As it turns out Apple Watch 7 is not compatible with Verizon Pre Pay. This was shown to me by VZW associate when we were attempting to connect it to my cellular plan today in VZW corporate site.

Check your settings here;

Set up cellular on Apple Watch

Then check with your carrier.
