Full Storage after Erasing all content and setting

Hi everyone,

My iPhone 6s Plus storage is full even after Erasing all content and setting. The 64 Gigs are all taken, mainly by “others” (56 Gb). Does anyone have a clue what’s the reason and what should I ado?
