We are trying to transfer an existing Podcast to our Apple Podcast Connect, but he doesn’t have an apple podcasts account. He said his old content management system (buzzsprout) auto distributed the shows to all platforms so I’m not sure how we gain access to his account on Apple.
Any suggestions?
I have no idea how that works, so I can only advise taking it up firstly with Buzzsprout (it may have been submitted under their Apple ID) and then if necessary with Podcasts Support: https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts
