Deleted messages are erased immediately. If you have a device backup that contains the message, and your do NOT use messages in iCloud, you can erase your device and restore it using the backup.

Your photos will be in your recently deleted album. You can restore from there. If you erased from those locations, the files are then permanently deleted.
