Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support


You may find that simply restarting your WiFi Router will resolve difficulties with your [presumed correct] WiFi being accepted. To restart your router, just disconnect power for about 30 seconds - then reconnect power and allow the router to restart (which may take several minutes).
