Watch arm pain/fatigue

My Apple Watch 5 is causing arm pain and fatigue. It is on my wrist proper and appears to be getting worse. I switched arms and the pain switched with. I love it but can’t wear it. There is no need to see a doctor, it is clearly the watch doing it. Will Apple buy this back?
