How are you determining this?
Seems all you need to do is modify your credentials, from passwords, to a new Apple ID (open and assign a new eMail address to your current Apple Account).
Modifying your Credentials:
Having so much suspicion, consider modifying your credentials, ASAP, starting with a new password.

Seems all you need to do is modify your credentials, from passwords, to a new Apple ID (open and assign a new eMail address to your current Apple Account).

No one is using your phone through certain (or any) apps. That is impossible. Why do you think this impossibility is true?
