Can I use the charger that came from my iPad Air 4 on an iPhone 13 regular? Will it not damage the battery of the 13? Thank you

You can safely use the iPad's charger. The iPhone itself has the sensor for pulling power to charge the phone.

No, no harm to your iPhone battery.

The charger doesn’t “push” power; it just supplies the power “drawn” by the device.
