I have iMacPro 2017 and I want to upgrade to Big Sur. I can not launch the Big Sur update from App store. If I click on 'Get' in App Store, It directs me to System preferences/Software update box, and I have a message: "Update not found. The requested version of macOS is not available."
I can not update to Monterey, the softwares what I use doesn't support it yet.

Not really, sorry. The problem starts after this step. So I opened the update link from Apple's support page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683
The update link opens the App store, but when I click to 'Get' button after couple of seconds I get the error message. Please check the screenshot in my question.
A few days ago this did not work but it was at least then fixed at Apple's end. Anyway, use Safari and uninstall any 3rd party "cleaners", virus apps, VPN etc that are known to interfere with this. Then try again, maybe in safe-mode.
hmm ... did you use Safari and uninstalled all 3rd party snake oil?
If you did, check via the Terminal available macOS for you, for example:
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
* Title: macOS Big Sur, Version: 11.6.1, Size: 12428472512K
Then download, for example:
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 11.6.1
Thanks Matti, I tried the terminal command, no luck. I don't know exactly what you mean '3rd party snake oil', sorry my English is poor. I am using this system for work, Avid Media Composer, Adobe package, Blackmagic Resolve and Fusion, Unreal Engine, some transcoding tool, Office, this kind of stuff. I don't have 3rd party firewall, ip blocking or antivirus app.
I tried to start the process from Safari, but I have the same result.
So after couple of tries, even to start in safe mode, I always had the same result. Finally I found an article on Mr Macintosh blog, and a link to the Apple swcdn server, so finally I could download the Big Sur Installer. Now I am writing these lines from the upgraded Big Sur OS.

i just tried, and it worked OK - maybe it was a temporary blip at Apple's end? Have you tried again recently?
