the whole catalogue in lossless quality

Hello,

When will the whole Apple Music catalogue be available in lossless quality? There are still many songs/albums streaming only in lossy AAC.

Lossless on Apple music I have songs downloaded in high quality, but set streaming quality to lossless. But these songs play in the downloaded quality even with an internet connection. Any way to fix this? Songs I haven't downloaded stream in lossless without a problem
