No currently-available Mac has an internal DVD drive.

None have had an internal DVD drive just shy of a decade.

Yes, you can connect an external DVD drive to most any recent Mac, though you may need to use a dock or dongle.

As mentioned Apple has not had internal DVD drives for about 10 years now. If you need one then I’d recommend navigating to Macsales.com, they have lots and I am sure you will find one that meets your needs.
