My friend's Mac book pro screen is broken and turned to be black. We're wondering if there is any apple centre here in Tripoli ? or who should we contact to get help and support with this issue.

Black screen after sending for repair in Mac Recently send a functioning MacBook Pro to Apple store to fix the keyboard, but received a non functioning and black screen MacBook Pro in return. Macbook air cracked screen not turning on macbook air has a crack in the screen on bottom left and has been showing purple lines for a few months but today the screen went to all lines and i can’t see anything. i’ve done a hard reset and turned it on and off. any advice?
