Remove Fitness Awards

How on earth do I remove Fitness Awards from accidentally not stopped Workouts? I messed up all the records and awards with not stopping in time.

I‘ve already deleted the corresponding data in the health app, but the award is still there.

The solution suggested is a joke to put it mildly.

Even on Reddit there are Threads about this problem. It would be such a simple feature to remove awards manual - but I guess it’s still apple.

yeah I‘m talking about award badges and I’m curious if anyone at apple is aware of this problem since it’s around for such a long time. It makes the whole awards useless for me
