changing goals on series 2

How do you change the exercise goal? I saw how it lets you change the move goal, but that’s it!

You need watchOS 7 to change the exercise and stand goals. I believe the series 2 watch will only upgrade to watchOS 6. So I am afraid you can only change the move goal.
