Loss Connection to Wi-Fi
I had a recent upgrade to 15.1.1 on my Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max and now I no longer can connect to my CenturyLink C4000LG Router. What can I do to reconnect?
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

I have the same problem.
For years I have used an iphone 6. It lasted well and did me proud, but recently I decided it was time to upgrade.
On 2 Dec 2021 I unboxed and setup my brand new iphone 13. It very quickly updated itself to ios 15.1.1 and since then there have been 3 occasions where I have had to Power OFF/ON the phone to overcome a peculiar failure.
The failure mode is that on each of these 3 occasions, I lost access to all available WiFi hotspots. In settings, on turning WiFi OFF then back ON, the spinning circle would appear and stay onscreen for minutes with nothing happening. However, on powering the phone OFF then back ON, then repeating the WiFi OFF/ON routine, instantly produces within 1-2 seconds, a whole long list of nearby WiFi hotspots.
I haven’t yet figured out the sequence of events that leads up to this particular mode of failure, but once I do, I’ll post against this thread straight away. More to follow...

We hope this helps.

By the way, this thread appears to be marked as SOLVED. It definitely isn't solved - all we have is a convenient workaround !
