Downloading mp3 files

How do I download a zipped mp3 file to my Library in Apple Music?

If that's not possible, how can I download it somewhere so that is is accessible from all of my devices?

iMac 27″, macOS 11.6

Hi,

After you have unzipped the mp3s Import music from a computer to Music on Mac – Apple Support (UK).

The music app has replaced iTunes. What happened to iTunes? – Apple Support (UK)

The other part of the question has to do with making it accessible in Apple Music. How do I copy it to my Library in Apple Music? Also, if that's not possible, where can I put the mp3s so that I can access it on all of my IOS devices? I read somewhere that putting it in ITunes could do that. However, I can't find iTunes... Looked for it in Apple Music and no luck.
