Why iOS 15.0.2 update does no show up on my iPhone13?
Hello carinnepo,
We see you're looking to update your iPhone, and we'd be happy to help.
As iOS 15.0.2 is no longer the latest iOS version available, it may not show up in Settings > General > Software Update. For the iPhone 13, the current latest is iOS 15.1.1.
You can double-check the installed version at Settings > General > About. If it's an older version than iOS 15.1.1, and that version doesn't show up in Settings > General > Software Update, then there are a couple things that may be affecting that.
To start, see if you have any profiles or Mobile Device Management (MDM) installed. These can be found in Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management.
You can also try using a computer to update, if needed:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the Finder
Cheers.
