How do I use Safari browsing on the Internet?

If you are still using iOS 12 on your iPhone 6s (as written on products list in your original question), open this support guide:--> iPhone User Guide – Apple Support (UK)
Then click on "Table of Contents", then "Apps", then "Safari", then "Browse the Web".
There you need to "select" the correct iOS version (top-left of the page) to read the correct info related to the version currently running on your device.
