Apple Watch Series 7 battery life

Hello all. I received my new watch 7 45mm last week. The watch is absolutely beautiful, but my battery life has been horrible. It's dropping at an average rate of 10% per hour. I've tried the unsync/resync/reinstall several times and nothing seems to help. I'm coming from a Watch series 3 that always lasted me over a day. Anyone else having these issues or know a way to solve them. BTW, I also turned off "Raise wrist" and some of the other techniques Google suggested. Thanks!
