New Macbook Pro 14 can't update to 12.0.1

Hi! I recently got the new MacBook Pro 14 and I can't install the macOS Monterey 12.0.1 update. Error message says "The software update download failed. Please check your network connection and try again. An error occurred while downloading selected updates. Please check your internet connection and try again."

I have no problems with the internet connection, and the error message always appears at "1,44Gb of 3.Gb) Tried restart and shut down with no luck...

Any suggestions?

Hmm. I haven't installed nothing like that. I have Office (latest), Adobe CC (Photoshop, illustrator, after effects..etc also Beta m1 versions), Discord, TeamViewer, and a music DAW (LUNA) from Universal Audio.

And I tried updating before installing some of this apps. Maybe after the Adobe Suite.

You need 26GBs of available space on the drive. If you do, try again while in Safe Mode.

Thank you. Disk space wasn't the issue, there's plenty. But installing in safe mode did the trick.

You're welcome. What that normally means is you have something installed you shouldn't have such as an antivirus app or CleanMyMac.

I don't know. Safe Mode prevents third-party apps/extensions etc. from loading. Apparently one of them blocked the update. If it happens again for the next update, just boot into Safe Mode again.
