Why it’s keep on prompting that it has a FaceTime problem if I am activating my imessage

FaceTime not working Hi, so I woke up this morning to my FaceTime not working. and then it says active it but it says unsuccessful every time. then I went to the Apple help page and it says that my iMessage may stop working which they did so idk what to do. They both keep saying unsuccessful every time I try to active them.
