For the last two weeks, my Facebook is freezing when I touch the comments button. I have reloaded the app several times, to no avail.
I appreciate this is a third party issue but Facebook ignores me.

If you have followed the steps in this support document, If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support which is sounds like you have since you reloaded the app, you need to contact Facebook support. Apple cannot provide support for their app.

It is happening, all the time, to me too when my ipad is attached to the Apple keyboard. If you detach it, Facebook works as before. It’s happened since the last software update. I can’t see why it’s a facebook app issue when facebook works just fine on my phone, my computer and my ipad as long as it’s not attached to my Apple keyboard.

Search this forum for Facebook or Full Keyboard Access and you will find hundreds of posts about this issue already and dozens of posts about how to fix it temporarily ( by tuning on Full Keyboard Access in Accessibility settings and also tapping Commands and clearing entries for keys if some then don't work right.
