it says i have an active subscription but i shows that i don’t. what do i do?

ChrisJ4203 - that won’t show any active subscriptions, you can contact them. I’m having the same problem. I contact them & was told that on their end they can’t see no active subscriptions either. & everyday they trying to charge my card $14.95.

It allows you to access your purchase history, and a link to cancel subscriptions, which allows you to see subscriptions. When you contact them, that is supposed to be a one stop ability to determine what may be charging you. If you are seeing an Apple Charge, they are the only ones that can take care of that. No one here can. If they are trying to charge you daily, then there has to be something else besides a subscription. But all billing issues are handled by that link.
