Can I share my music library that’s on my Mac mini with my wife using Family Sharing?

Let me be more specific.

1. The music library is on my Mac mini connected to Internet.

2. Sharing of media is activated on Mac mini.

3. Music from library is now on iCloud and I can see it and play it on my iPhone.

4. Mac mini has family sharing activated.

5. I took out a subscription on the Mac mini for iTunes Match.

6. I subscribed to iCloud+ by upgrading to 200gb.

7. My wife is using an iPad that has joined my “family sharing” group. I confirmed this my verifying that she now is sharing my 200gb storage subscription.

Problem: her iPad does not see the shared library.
