I accidentally deleted my entire conversations with my daughter. How do I retrieve it?

You cannot. Once deleted the message is erased. You can restore from a backup if your backup contains the message, and if you do NOT use messages in iCloud.

Note also if they are SMS messages (green bubble) rather than iMessages (blue bubble) some cellular providers store and allow retrieval of past text messages, but you would need to contact them for their policies.
