apple music subscription

i moved to another country and i need to change region since many apps i need are specific to that region. I have apple music which i cancelled , but it's still active until December. i don't want to wait

I suggest you contact Apple Support. They are the only ones who can terminate your subscription before it expires to change your country immediately.
