I lost my left AirPod yesterday and it’s dead now because it was out and I can’t find it. I’ve looked manually everywhere and tried to look on find my… and it won’t play any noise for the left one which is missing and dead. What do I do? Do I just give up & buy a replacement.

then all you can do is manually look for it. If you still can't find your AirPod, get the serial number and then contact Apple Support for a replacement. Then learn how to set up your replacement.
