The wifi has an exclamation mark. Can't use wifi. Not able to turn on. Throwing preferences error whenever I try to open Network from System Preferences. Also not able to find SystemConfiguration under Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration. Not able to run diagnostics as well.
I have tried to remove the DNS cache. Restarted system quite a few time, etc. nothing is working for me.
Please help.

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS.
This includes AntiVirus, Disk Cleaners, Disk Optimizes, UnInstaller etc.

does this happen if you boot to Safe Mode?
I did install one app recently, it may have contributed to this issue. Cause this happened a few days after installing that app.
