Choose Applications from the Finder's Go menu, throw the existing installer away, and download another copy.
The one posted will work in any Mac web browser on a compatible OS except Firefox and Waterfox.

This copy of the Install macOS High Sierra application is damaged, and can‘t be used to install macOS.
Is there another link?
Navigate to your Applications folder and delete the "Install macOS…" app that is already there.
Empty the trash and download a fresh copy.
