Is the Watch second hand?

If the Watch is not second hand, start here => Erase Apple Watch - Apple Support

Thank you for your reply. I figured it out. Had to reset the iwatch & then paired it to my iwatch. Everything working now!

Meant paired watch to phone. Had to update to the latest iOS 15.1 first.
