Activation lock

I entered my correct icloud password and mail correctly but I'm still unable to activate my ipad.

Please how can I go about that

Did you buy this iPad used and are encountering activation lock? If so, there is nothing you can do but contact the seller and either have him remove it or return it for a refund.


If it's a different problem. post back with some detailed information incl. your device model/year/gen and iOS version.
