Update MacOS
According to compatiblity I can update my MacOS El Capitan to MacOS Catalina but I don't see it in the mac app store or iTunes app store? Can I do this, since It appears I can't update to MacOS Sierra or High Sierra?
Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your Mac is a 2012 or newer model(2013 for desktop Mac Pros), click on Catalina.
