If I don’t have service and I get an Apple Watch with cellular and my phones at home connected to the internet can my Apple Watch work from my phone being at home with internet?

To use the internet on your watch, you need one of these things 1. To be connected to your phone via Bluetooth 2. To have a cellular plan for your watch 3. To have your watch connected to a wifi network. If you don’t have any of these, then you can’t access the internet on your watch.
