Can’t connect to WiFi after updating IOS 15

I did all that was mentioned and even contacted my Internet provider and their technicians could solve this problem. So in my infinite wisdom I deleted my apps that was to protect my phone and computers. Guess what, it ignited my wifi! So I’m all set no problem.
