Left and right arrow in iMovie doesn't have sound anymore. How come?

In iMovie, when I used the < and > keys, it would slowly move through the clips and I used to hear the sound as well. Now I don't. What happened?

Does anyone know a fix for this? It was extremely useful when editing to know which word I was at in that particular frame.
