Siri and Reminder App: How do I make Siri remind me of my reminders

Hi Support Community,

I have been looking for a feature that I can’t seem to find and it seems to simple to not exist.

I really enjoy using the reminders app on iPadOS in combination with Siri to create reminders and set a due time.

But I would like to not only recieve a notification when a task is due, but Siri to be able to actually remind me by reading the task out loudly.

It would be super helpful, when I am not on my device, but would still need to be reminded.

I am sure someone knows how to enable this feature.

Thank you in advance and have a great day.

To the best of my knowledge, that is not currently a feature Apple offers. You can let Apple know it's something you'd like to see here:

It might be possible to create a shortcut that does this but that's outside of my skill set.
