I have a older Ipad that Im not able to use bc its under a different Apple ID and I forgot the password. I can't reset it because to access the email I need the password. also I have a new phone number now that is not with that Apple ID. but I want to update the iPad and get all of my pictures
Go to the email provider's website and in the log in area, there should be a reset password option. Once you reset that password, then try to reset the Apple ID password.
If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
