Downloaded app does not appear

It also shows up under recent downloads on the final page where it says library at the top and recently added and top right will show the app and can open it from there as well. getting an app from app store iPad Pro 16 I am having issues getting new apps from the App Store. It tells me to double click the upper right corner, but when I do it disappears and I don’t get any thing.

Can’t see downloaded apps I can’t see download apps on phone … but when I go to App Store, it’s showing OPEN button with that app and clicking on that I can launch the app . I am using iPhone XR with iOS 14.6
