Slow wifi speed

How do I fix slow wifi speed on my laptop? A test on my iPad as well as my iPhone shows the wifi as being 5 times faster than on my MacBook Pro, even though all three devices are in the approximate same location. I didn't have this problem until I upgraded to Montery. I am using 12.0.1.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14

Hello! I see that you're having problems with your Wi-Fi speeds and I can help with that! Usually, it's because you have a weak signal to your Wi-Fi router, try moving closer to your Wi-Fi router and that should make the speed faster. But if that doesn't work try restarting your Mac. To do that please check out the link I have listed below: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/shut-down-or-restart-your-mac-mchlp2522/mac If that still doesn't work please reply. Thanks!
