Macbook Pro 2019 very slow after Monterey update

Hi,

My MB got very slow after the Monterey update. Especially the GPU performance is very bad. Animations are not fluid, browser scroll lagging. I have this problem in all apps.

How can I fix this?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.1
