Transfering large videos from iPhone to Mac

Large videos that I have on my iPhone in Photos doesn't show in Photos on Mac when I connect my iPhone to Mac. Why? What can I do? I don't know how to transfer those videos from my iPhone to Mac so I can work (edit) on them... Help.

Try /Applications/Image Capture.
