Put iMac (late 2017) to sleep

Can a key combination be created to put an iMac (5k 2017) to sleep? I've upgraded my keyboard and the old Opt-Cmd-Eject won't work as the Eject key is now a screen lock key. Is there some way (maybe using Automator or even Terminal) to create a replacement key combo to do this? Thanks

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 11.6

You can create your own shortcut in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts.
